HEYFORD BIKE SERVICE & REPAIR

My enthusiasm for biking began at an early age, as with most boys by trying to make jumps and stunts out of old bits of wood, and over the years this grew into a passion. This started with doing basic services and maintenance tasks and from there, evolved into building bikes from scratch. I now have a wealth of experience in building and maintaining a wide variety of bikes, from children’s right up to the competitive road and mountain bikes.

A certain pandemic has meant that I could put this knowledge and experience into practice, and help people within my local village. This quickly grew into a full-time role and has enabled me to establish ‘Heyford Bike Service & Repair’, and in turn launch my first bike shop. This was something that was always joked about with old friends, but was always considered an "if only...!"

Now that we have made it a reality I don't want it to be just another bike shop. I want to create a hub for anyone to come and socialise, talk bikes, get involved in local rides and groups, and other events. I truly believe that cycling is the greatest way to stay healthy both mentally and physically, meet great like-minded people and just get out and forget the stresses of the everyday for a couple of hours. As such, I want to spread its benefits and help as many people get involved as possible, whether you are a beginner or a pro.
